Function GetCalendarDateTime ( TheMonth : TCalendarMonth ;
TheYear , TheDay : integer ) : TDateTime ;
Description
The GetCalendarDateTime function will take a TCalendarMonth , year and day
parameter and return a TDateTime as the function result. If any of the passed-in
parameters cause the EncodeDateTime procedure to fail, the function will return
a date of January 1st, 1900.
