Property OnDecreaseCalendar : TDecreaseCalendarEvent ;
Description
The OnDecreaseCalendar event will be fired after the Decrease Calendar button in the
calendar header is clicked. Even though clicking this button changes the current calendar
month and year, the OnChangeMonth and OnChangeYear events will not be fired.
The PreviousMonth parameter is the value of CalendarMonth before it was decreased, and the
PreviousYear parameter is the value of CalendarYear before the Decrease Calendar button
was pressed. Please note that the CalendarYear property will not be decreased unless
the CalendarMonth property was January when the Decrease Calendar button was clicked.
